About the Role The Communications Manager is a versatile, hands-on role split across two critical functions: internal/recruitment communications and corporate social media. You'll be the person who ensures d-Matrix employees feel informed, aligned, and connected to the company's mission while also building the company's social media presence across LinkedIn, X, and other channels. This is a building role. You'll be working directly with the VP to establish internal comms processes, creating social media playbooks, and supporting a newly formed communications function with direct access to the CEO.
