Your Role As a founding Product Manager on the Onboarding team, you will define how Zip accelerates customer onboarding, activation, and expansion through AI-powered experiences. You will build the systems that turn product launches into sustained usage – compressing time-to-go-live, reducing configuration friction, and increasing customer velocity across the procurement lifecycle. You will transform onboarding, versioning, enablement, and adoption into scalable, intelligent, high-throughput product experiences.
