## About the Team
The Revenue Marketing team at Mixpanel is responsible for pipeline generation across paid, organic, and product-led channels. This role sits within that team as its dedicated lifecycle owner, accountable for the programs and systems that turn interest into pipeline and move high-quality leads toward a meeting.
We're early in building a true channel team. With that comes real ownership and real influence over how this motion gets built. You won't be inheriting a mature engine, you'll be defining it.
## About the Role
As our Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you own the always-on programs that drive conversion from handraiser to qualified meeting. That means building the nurture infrastructure, establishing best practices, and acting as a strong partner to regional campaign managers who need scalable, repeatable plays they can execute with confidence.
This is not a volume game. Our focus is high-quality engagement with the right accounts at the right moment — and you'll be the person who architects that motion end-to-end.
You'll work closely with Marketing Operations and Performance Marketing to define how email fits into the broader GTM stack, and you'll be a key stakeholder in how we operationalize HubSpot as our lifecycle layer.
Responsibilities
• Own the lifecycle marketing program from lead capture through demo booked nurture sequencing, segmentation logic, and revenue tracking
• Build and manage always-on email programs in HubSpot, including lead nurture, re-engagement, and handraiser follow-up workflows
• Partner with Marketing Ops to define system ownership across the GTM stack and establish clear rules of engagement between lifecycle, sales outreach, and product-led touchpoints
• Collaborate with regional campaign managers to develop scalable, channel-ready lifecycle plays, reducing ad hoc execution and increasing consistency
• Define and enforce email best practices across the org, including cadence, segmentation, and suppression logic to protect deliverability and audience trust
• Instrument lifecycle performance in Mixpanel, guide building of dashboards that track funnel conversion, sequence performance, and influence on pipeline
• Partner with Performance Marketing on handraiser conversion strategy, aligning paid and lifecycle motions around shared pipeline goals
• Work with the Marketing Ops team to bring clarity to tool ownership and use cases, particularly across HubSpot and any overlapping systems
## What We're Looking For
• 4+ years in lifecycle, email, or demand gen marketing with clear ownership of a B2B nurture program from strategy through execution
• Hands-on experience building in HubSpot (or a comparable MAP- Marketo) — segmentation, workflows, sequences, reporting
• Strong understanding of the handraiser-to-pipeline funnel in a B2B SaaS context, with a track record of improving conversion rates
• Comfortable navigating a stack that's still being defined — you can assess what's broken, prioritize what matters, and build without waiting for perfect conditions
• Strong instincts on quality-over-volume lifecycle strategy: you know how to drive engagement without burning your audience
• Able to partner effectively with both technical (ops, engineering) and non-technical (regional marketers, field) stakeholders
• Analytical mindset, you measure what you build, and you use data to iterate
## Bonus Points
• Experience building lifecycle programs at a product-led growth company
• Background in sales-assisted + PLG hybrid motions where lifecycle bridges both
• Familiarity with Qualified or similar handraiser/chat tools
• Experience working alongside or standing up a Marketing Ops function from early stages
