Which One to Learn First
Learn Selenium with Java first if you are targeting service companies and most enterprise projects: it has the most jobs and the concepts (locators, waits, page objects, frameworks) carry over to every other tool.
Note: Selenium also works with Python and pytest. The commands look almost the same: driver.find_element(By.ID, "email").send_keys("[email protected]"). Once you know the Java version, the Python one takes a day to learn.
