Real World Example
Project Setup on Day One
When you join an automation team at a service company, the first day is usually: clone the repo, import it as a Maven project, run the smoke suite. A typical pom.xml has a few more dependencies than ours:

Running the Smoke Suite
Example
After importing, the team runs the smoke suite from the terminal:
